varied options meticulous maintenance reliable availability
Breakfast included many options, and the quality was excellent. The garden's maintenance was meticulous, with vibrant flowers. Hot water was consistently available in the showers. I appreciated the reliability. The pool temperature was perfect. I enjoyed multiple swims.
The gym equipment seemed a bit dated.

The restaurant offered an a la carte menu with generous portions, and the dishes were presented beautifully. The taste matched the presentation. Live music was a regular feature in the evenings. I found it added a lot to the ambiance.

The spa offered Balinese massages by professionally trained staff. I enjoyed the experience. A fitness center had treadmills and stationary bikes. I used both . The hotel included a billiards room.

musty odor malfunctioning key
the room I initially received, a two-bedroom garden view family suite, had a noticeable musty odor. I reported IT to the front desk, AND they moved me to another room. the second room required new key cards DAILY as the existing cards ceased to function. This proved bothersome and detracted from the otherwise seamless experience.

birthday setup special touch staff kindness bonus netflix
i appreciated the surprise birthday setup in my room. it added a special touch and did. the staff's kindness wasn't unnoticed, and i appreciated their effort. NETFLIX was a bonus, also i enjoyed dinner at the hotel.
the pool was a little too warm, i think. it seemed ideal for kids, though.

the resort features a fitness center with modern equipment and a billiard room, perfect for relaxation. a large, clean swimming POOL also is available, as well as a dedicated spa area, with a range of treatments.

lovely gardens and attentive staff!
friendly staff helpful staff great breakfast prepared dish
i stayed only one night prior to moving to other lodging. the staff was friendly and helpful. i was fully satisfied with the facilities that i required! breakfast was a great bonus with fruit, juice and pastries. a main dish of eggs, among other options, was also available. it was all very well prepared.
the bed was quite hard, though everything else was fantastic!
